Our Return Policy

At TrailPawsGear, we want every customer to enjoy a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience. If your blanket or home textile purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. Original packaging, tags, and included accessories should be retained where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been washed, used, stained, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@trailpawsgear.us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number.
The name of the item you wish to return.
The reason for your return.
Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take approximately 5–10 business days after processing for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@trailpawsgear.us.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when available. We will review the details and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different item, contact our customer service team for assistance. We may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If an order is successfully canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
